WHAT'S IS GELATO ?

Generic Italian word for ice cream. Our product it is made with our own base composed  of milk, fresh cream, sugar and stabilizer combined with fresh products such as fruits, nuts, pure chocolate, cookies, fresh herbs or other natural ingredients. It is process to remove ice crystal and most of the air content resulting in a dense and flavorful creamy treat. Dairy gelato contains 4 to 8 percent fat compared to the traditional North American ice cream, which has 10 to 18 percent fat or more since more cream is used. There is also gelato made with water and none fat powder milk or corn syrup with fruits paste or other natural ingredients called sorbet  ( sorbetto ) . Best gelatos and sorbettos are made fresh daily. Here at Gelato Station we believe fresh is the best. We are dedicated to high quality and want every visit to our store to be a real treat. We also made fresh sugar  free and fat free gelato called doppiozero.
